Two people stand and watch while an excavator demolishes their storm-damaged house

How Port Arthur demolition quotes work

We are not a demolition company. We are a free way to put your job in front of independent local contractors, who then quote you directly.

The four steps

  1. You send the job.

Fill in the short form or message us on WhatsApp. The address, what is standing there and your deadline are the parts contractors need most.

  2. We pass it on.

Your request goes to independent demolition contractors who work in Port Arthur, Beaumont and the towns around them.

  3. They quote you directly.

They call, email or message you with questions, may visit the site, and send a price. You deal with them from here.

  4. You pick one, or none.

Asking costs nothing and you owe nobody an answer. If you hire someone, the contract is between you and that contractor.

What we are, and what we are not

Port Arthur Demolition is a referral and quote-request service. Here is the plain version:

  • We do not own equipment, send crews or do any demolition work.
  • We do not set prices. Each contractor prices your job after reading your request and, usually, seeing the site.
  • We take no payment from you, and you do not pay to send a request.
  • We do not sign contracts for you and are not a party to the contract you sign.
  • We cannot promise how many contractors will answer, how fast, or at what price.

Who receives your request

Independent local demolition contractors. They run their own businesses and are responsible for their own work, licenses, insurance and permits. Before you hire anyone, ask to see the license and insurance the work requires and check them yourself; this site does not do that for you.

Why a form instead of a phone number

Demolition quotes depend on details: the siding, the foundation, which utilities are on, how much room a machine has. The form collects those once, so contractors can ask better questions than "how big is the house?"

Compare quotes line by line

  • Asbestos surveyIs it included, and who is the inspector? Older houses raise the question.
  • DSHS noticeDoes the contractor file it, and does the price include any fees? Texas needs it at least 10 working days before any building comes down.
  • City permitWho pulls it and who pays? Each city sets its own rules.
  • AbatementIs removal of any asbestos found, transite siding included, in the price?
  • Haul-off and disposalWhere does the debris go, and is disposal in the price?
  • Slab and piersAre they broken out and hauled, or left behind?
  • Fill and gradingIs the lot left level, with clean fill where the house stood?
  • Cleanup and start dateWho clears what is left, and what happens if the date slips?

What happens to your details

The form is delivered by a form service, FormSubmit, to our inbox. We read the request and share it with the contractors we pass the job to, so they can contact you. If you choose WhatsApp or email instead, those messages travel through those providers. We do not sell your details.

The privacy page lists what the form collects and how to ask us to delete your request. The terms page sets out the rules for using the service.
