What this service is

Port Arthur Demolition is a free quote-request and referral service. You describe a job, and we pass the request to independent local demolition contractors. They contact you and quote you directly.

  • We do not perform demolition, hauling, abatement or any other work, and we do not own equipment.
  • The contractors are independent. They are not our employees or agents, and each is responsible for its own work, licenses, insurance and permits.
  • We are not a party to any contract between you and a contractor. Agree the scope, price, schedule and payment terms with the contractor in writing.
  • You are free to ignore, compare or refuse every quote. Sending a request does not oblige you to hire anyone.
  • We can't guarantee that a contractor will respond, how quickly, at what price, or that any work will be done well or on time.

Information on this site

General information, not advice

The pages describe typical demolition steps and public rules, such as the Texas DSHS notice, and point to their sources. They are general information, not legal, engineering, environmental or insurance advice, and they may be out of date or not fit your property. Confirm requirements with DSHS, the city or county that covers your address, and your own advisers before you act.

Prices are not offers

Any figures on this site are public market figures, such as a city's contract prices or bid-tracker estimates, and are not our rates or an offer to do work at that price. Only a contractor's written quote is a price for your job, and what it includes is between you and the contractor.

Your request

Give accurate details and only request work on property you own or have the right to authorize. Don't send false, abusive or unlawful requests, and don't send other people's details without their consent. We may decline to pass on a request. See the privacy page for what happens to your details.

Liability and changes

Because we do not do or supervise the work, we are not responsible for a contractor's work, prices, delays, damage or disputes. This does not limit any rights the law gives you that cannot be waived.

We may change the site, the service or these terms at any time. The date at the top shows the last update. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we don't control them.

To ask about these terms, use the email button in the footer, or send a request.
